Reebok Answer XIII Team - Men's
Reebok Answer XIII Team - Men's
The design of the Reebok Answer XIII basketball shoe was based on the Radiant theme and is an extremely lightweight shoe that was created for Reebok's signature line. Radiant lines on the upper add flexibility on the forefoot, breathability on the midfoot and support on the heel area. Unique lacing system. Vented upper for added breathability. Internal Smoothfit. Built close to the last, with a molded ankle bone to create a sleek radiant feel. Hexride® technology adds forefoot cushioning for quick guards like A.I. Extra thick contoured internal polyurethane sockliner for added cushioning. Midfoot arch is sculpted to follow the foot shape - Hexride® pillars grow out from the sculpted midfoot arch to maintain the support while eliminating unnecessary weight. Directional outsole for added traction. Wt. 16.4 oz.

These shoes are great, and they are my favorites right now. I have 3 pairs....two for indoor and outdoor and one pair for casual wear. They're lightweight, have good cushioning, traction, and ankle support. They won't have noticeable feedback cushioning like Zoom Air, but good impact protection with SOME feel thanks to the Hexride in the forefoot and the sockliner. The bulge in the forefoot serves as an outrigger to give great stability. Add to the fact that these are Iversons, and they are instant classics. However, as mentioned previously almost EVERYONE, they are VERY VERY STIFF at first. I would recommend wearing them for 1 or 2 weeks casually to break them before serious hooping, unless you're good at hooping in fresh kicks.
Pros: great cushioning, great stablity, lightweight, good traction
Cons: stiff, cushioning primarily in sockliner

 Reebok Answer IV - Men's
Reebok Answer IV - Men's
The Reebok Answer IV basketball shoe features a mid-cut design with a leather upper that provides superior comfort, support, and long-lasting wear. Lace up front with a unique zip up closure system and a heel pull tab. Full-length DMX Foam cushioning technology. Rubber outsole 3D Ultralite bottom which is lightweight. Iverson's mantra "Only the Strong Survive" is engraved into the outsole. A black and white imprint of his face is encircled at the heel.. Wt. 14.3 oz.

Why is this advertised with DMX I-Pak when this system is not present...?

The original Answer IV had DMX I-Pak technology air flow system. I received my pair, and these shoes do not have this system. They have a different type of cushioning, so your description is inaccurate and false.
