Why is the webbing design different on product #14129 and #14127?

It looks as though product #14129 and #14127 are supposed to be the same product in different colors. However, one is completely different webbing. So I'm wondering if #14129 comes in a white with the same webbing and which webbing is more appropriate for a runner?
