How thick is the part that goes over your shoulder, and how large is the arm opening?

Hi there, i am interested in purchasing these for my team, and a vital question they are asking me is how big the opening is for the arms (ie. the full length of it, as well as perhaps point to point) and also how thick the "shoulder straps" are ie. if the shoulder size is 14" from side to side, how much of that is covered?
I edited on of your photos to show the measurements in question-A and B being the arm opening, from point to point, and with the curve, respectively, and C is the width of the shoulder strap.
thank you!
