The Nike Zoom Rival S 6 is an entry-level sprint spike designed for the high school athlete. Inspired by the Zoom Superfly. Lightweight mesh upper with no-sew synthetic leather cage and a forefoot lockdown strap delivers an exceptional fit as well as a lightweight seamless feel. Thin EVA wedge provides excellent lightweight cushioning and protection. Durable rubber outsole gives excellent traction with seven-removable spike pins encased in a Pebax® plate coupled with aggressive secondary elements. Non-removable insole. Includes 7mm pyramid spikes and a wrench. Wt. 7.2 oz.

can these be worn in 800 meter?

i compete in all different running events and i was wondering if these can be used in the 800 meter
Because this shoe is designed for sprints, you probably wouldn't want to. If you tried to run a full 800 meters in these shoes, it would really we hard on your legs. Sprint spikes force you to use muscles in your legs that you aren't accustom to using. Running a long distance race would require you to use those muscles for a long period of time, and that's not going to feel very good. I compete in sprints, relays, and high jump and they work fine for me, but for a long distance event, a pair of distance spikes are the way to go
